I currently serve as Senior Marketing Manager at dōTERRA Canada, where I lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns supporting product launches, promotions, sales initiatives, and events. I work closely with cross-functional teams to develop campaign strategies, coordinate creative assets, manage timelines, and ensure consistent messaging across email, web, social media, and other customer channels. My work is driven by a passion for creating customer experiences that are both engaging and measurable.

Before stepping into my current role, I spent several years focused on content strategy and brand communications as a Marketing Content Manager and Senior Copywriter for dōTERRA Canada. During that time, I developed content for websites, e-commerce platforms, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and print materials, helping translate business objectives into compelling stories that informed, inspired, and converted audiences.

My professional journey also includes experience in knowledge management and user education. Prior to my marketing roles, I served as Help Center Project Manager for dōTERRA, where I helped lead the launch of the company’s online help center. Earlier, as a Knowledge Base Author, I authored and maintained a comprehensive library of information articles for dōTERRA Member Services. In both these roles, I partnered with teams across the organization to develop user-focused support resources and established processes that would ensure content accuracy and continuous improvement. These experiences strengthened my ability to simplify complex information, manage interdepartmental priorities, and advocate for the needs of end users.

Outside of marketing, my background includes editorial work in publishing, freelance writing, and product copywriting, experiences that have shaped my belief that great communication is at the heart of every successful enterprise.
